950XL being delivered soon - odds on email issues?

I've ordered my 950XL. Given the reviews I'm not confident, but I love Windows phone.

99% of the bugs I can live with. What would kill me though is if there is any problems with Email, some have reported emails taking a long time to arrive, long after they arrive on people's computer.

Others have spoken about the phone disconnecting from wifi and not reconnecting.

Apart from these two problems, I could be very happy with the 950XL.

So, my question is - how common are these two problems? for those of you who own 950xls, do you have either of these problems?

I did not experience either one of those issues when I had my 950XL. Hopefully, those issues are not as widespread as they seem.

I've had my phone since December and have had no problems with it. As I recall early-on, people that converted from a different Windows phone to the 950XL had some problems but I did a fresh install and didn't experience any problems. Only thing I don't have is visual voicemail but I never had that on my Android phone either.

I don't have a 950 XL, but I think as long as you remain on the more stable public builds and not beta insider ones, you should be ok.

I'm on Insider Fast Ring and haven't experienced any issues with email. I have 4 email accounts synced on the 950XL and zero problems so far since getting phone (replaces 930) in February.

Forget about the reviews... All done with the early builds ... With updates this phone turned to be a beast.

No issues with email on the regular 950, even with latest Redstone build, if anything email is better than it used to be. Instead of checking every x amount of minutes like it used to (or seemed to), mail is pushed now (at least for Microsoft accounts) and so is almost instant. When buying something on Amazon for example, the email arrives just a few seconds after confirming my order, every time.
