950xl brightness issue.. Got it after last update

Yep, I had actually read about people having problems with the brightness, now after the last update, I am having similar issues.

When the phone has been on charger for long period of time, it will take 15 to 30 seconds to come up and is usually at the lowest brightness setting and stuck there until the phone is rebooted.

I have tried using auto brightness on and off, no luck. The slider moves but wont change it.

Figures that mine worked perfectly till Microsoft updated a few days ago...

I had that problem and then it just disappeared on its own
