Checking my router I find names and MAC of all my devices EXCEPT MAC of my 950XL not even its name. Its name is given as UNKNOWN with a different MAC. Is there a guidance help for this issue on Microsoft web? Thanks.

Do you have MAC randomisation enabled for that Wi-Fi network?? It is in the Wi-Fi network properties on the very bottom...

Try "Advanced IP Scanner" (v2), it's great at helping track down these issues.

You can also use "arp -a" to look at the raw tables, for a quicker, but less visual solution.

Melhiore is right though, if you have randomization enabled, this will be tricky to map/match.

Thanks folks, yes randomization is activated and I was hoping that at least in router stat I could see 950XL phone name instead of word UNKNOWN.

Yeah, good luck with that, the "Unknown" naming issue.
Most routers use the IP to match, not the Mac. Using a mechanism designed to obscure your device, but expecting it to be identifiable, is a bit of a misnomer, IMHO.
