950XL No Data with AT&T SIM, voice OK.

I'm in need of your help. I have a single SIM 950XL that I would like to use with AT&T. When I put my card in there, I am able to place and receive calls. The problem is that I can't receive any data. Wi-Fi is OK.

Any suggestions???
