Finally a little official WP love from big red. There is actual acknowlegement for WP8 on the Verizon Wireless home page.

Fellow Trophy owners will be very leary of signing up for "more information about Windows Phone" only to be Droid spammed with no mention of the Trophy release, ever. (I might be a little bitter. Meh.)

Well that is good to see - I agree with your sentiment on the signing up thing though...the same thing happened with the Galaxy Nexus I currently own...I signed up only to get spammed about Droid Razr's and Razr MAXX's...I did finally get that email letting me know the Galaxy Nexus had been released...AFTER I already bought it...real helpful Verizon lol.

It is good nonetheless though to see some acknowledgement from the Verizon camp...now we just need an official launch date

I am actually really interested by the 8x. I will have to see it in store and play with it once it's released and then decide. Glad verizon at least got one nice wp8 device.
