A Desktop Notification App?

Does Windows Phone have an app where you get a call/text on your phone, and it notifies you on your desktop?
Sometimes I wear my super strong ear-buds and can't hear the phone. If the phone isn't in my sight, then there's no way I can be notified about calls or text. That's why I need this app to tell me I got a call/text right on my laptop.

I second this....with Motorola Connect and Pushbullet I use it all the time on my Moto X. It's very useful.
