A good small W10 tablet - Advice needed

Hi Windows pals. So, the removal of the BBC iPlayer app from W10 mobile whilst MS are still piddling about not announcing the Surface phone and not mentioning if older devices will be able to update to their latest change of direction has convinced me that there is no point waiting for MS to pull themselves together. Abandoned again, I'm planning on trying something different.

So, I can't stand the idea of an Android mess and the Apple ecosystem is too expensive for me to drop all my Windows devices to move to. I'll stick with MS but I'm going to have to be creative if I'm going to do that. MS is not going to help.

(Sorry about 2nd post, but the length limit in the app requires it).

So, I need an easily pocketable tablet with FULL Windows 10 (not mobile) on it. Ideally then 7 inch or as close as possible but with an edge-to-edge screen. Of course, it also needs a 4G (LTE) sim slot and needs to have at least comparable spec to my Lumia 930 (ideally better spec so as to be an upgrade). So, at least 2gig ram (ideally 4gig), at least 32gig internal storage (ideally 64gig, with SD slot), a decent rear camera and an acceptable front camera, and great wifi and Bluetooth. Oh, and good enough sound/mic to use to make standard voice calls via the sim.

The plan is to replace my phone entirely with a tablet. I know there are down sides but now I think less down sides than W10 mobile. So, which do you advise I get? Please, I need good advice here or I'll end up with a right mess and I truly can't stand Android (have an original HTC Wildfire somewhere, what a huge disappointment that was). Which is the best?
