A long break from Windows Phones - recommendations?

Hi all,

It's been years since I had a Windows Phone and I'm seeing there have been a lot of changes. Any chance I can wrack your brains for devices to consider?

Here's what I'm looking for.

- A screen size of 5.7" or higher
- Something close to 2560x1440
- Windows 10 upgradable (now or at a later time)
- Decent camera
- A minimum of 2GB of ram
- Expandable memory
- Under 5.47oz
- LTE capable on AT&T
- Not required but a bonus: dual sim slots
- It won't be bought on a contract. I know it will be a hefty buy but a $650 price tag is a bit much.

The 950XL checks everything from your list - maybe except for the price. I'll be getting the 950. It's 0.5" smaller, similar to the Icon

I would say start with a 640 XL and see what develops in 2016.

That may have been true with Windows 8, but the graph plainly shows 1.9GB of memory. This is connected to the developer Device Portal on my 1020 running WM10 build 10581.

Nice that the firmware must be addressing the bifurcation of RAM usage.
