A new design with windows 10 for mobiles ?

I just thought if iOS had its redesign and Android had a big one too , why not windows 10 also ?!! I really hope they make some big changes, but remain the aesthetics of windows phone .
I bet making up new designs for apps and overall system is pretty hard , so why not help since we're the ones benefitting with a refresh for our phones , share your ideas I would like to have polished apps with accents of them implemented widely through out the app and the notification bar , with different tones of the same color . What about you??

I would readily welcome a new design provided it doesn't stir away from the unique design that has been known to be Windows Phone.
