A question about 64GB model

I have the Lenovo Miix 2 8. I know I shouldn't be asking here, but the Lenovo thread is so dead, and I need immediate help (14-day return policy)
My question is, I have the 64GB model, but my computer is showing 33.4GB free out of 47.6 GB. That sounds a bit far off, don't you guys think? What is wrong?

Yeah I would say this look in disk management and you will see all the partitions.

Any windows tablet has less actual space than advertised. windows takes up a great part of it.

As said below the recovery partition takes up a bunch of space. It can be reclaimed. Also in the real world 64gig is actually 59.6 gig as a gig is not actually 1000 MB. Apple's reality distortion field calculates it different than the rest of the computing world.
