About cyan update

Guys help me out. I am using a lumia 720 ,recently I downgraded from dp 8.1.1 to 8.1+ cyan by nokia software recovery tool.
the problem is my phone is not having any feature that lumia cyan should be getting. No audio settings or brightness control or any thing. Please help me out

I don't think us older models can get those sadly.
My 920 doesn't have either of those, and I've updated the settings too...
