Ive purchased new windows phone. im gonna use it. I just need to know what are the issues i may face using same WIndows ID in both phones.

You don't need to worry, there wouldn't be any issues. I would advise that when you are setting up the new phone, be sure to turn off the other one or else, that can make things a little wacky. As long as you have backup turned on and also do a backup before setting up the new one, you'll be just fine.
