Probably connected to that Smartwatch MS want to release, or things like that.

Yeah, I think you might be on to something. If I press "Learn More" I am taken into a preview Microsoft site but says I don't have permission (even though I'm enrolled in the Developer Program).

Anyone getting anything there?

It's either the watch thing or related to those smart covers.
