Account problems in downloading apps from pc

Hello everyone,

I'm in trouble with my Lumia 625. I have a Microsoft account and I'm correctly logged and syncronized with it on my phone. Whenever I try to download an app from my browser on pc I don't have any "download" button but
"You need to sign in with a Microsoft account on your phone before you can get apps from Windows Phone Store."
When I'm logged with a Microsoft account on my pc too.

I don't know what to do. Hope someone can help me.

Does this happen for all apps, or just specific ones?

If an app isn't available for your phone or your region, you won't get a download link.

Have you accidentally removed your phone from the device history of your account?

Is your phone sleeping when you send the link from your PC? I believe that the phone needs to be woken up via the lockscreen for the transfer to occur.
