Action button is not activating cortana

I have the tile, Cortana is working ar the phone with wm10 latest build, but at the band the action button does nothing, not a defective band since that button Does work for other things, what can I do?

language set to "english"? others languages don't seem to work right now...

I'm not clear, does the Band listen to you and try sending the question to the phone? Or does it do nothing at all?

Thank you! It was the language setting, still that is a let down
