Action Center does not not retain the action icon on status bar even though there are remaining item

Why would that be idiotic? Don't you wanna know there are still outstanding items for you to clear later in time after you have acknowledged only part of the list??? Or do you always clear EVERYTHING in one shot? You seriously think that it will be idiotic?

It would be idiotic, yes. Why have a "hey, there are items" notification when you can see that exact same thing by swiping down? You'd literally have it sitting there almost all the time, which means that it would just be one more thing for your brain to ignore.

The notification currently says "hey, there are new items". If you swipe down, you can see these outstanding items whenever you want later on, just without the "hey there are new items" notification. To have ANOTHER notification for this would be useless. IMO.
