Action Center Issues

A weird issue started for me yesterday. The Action Center on my Lumia 920 will not let me access it from the lock screen. If I swipe from the top it only shows the icons and will not swipe down the screen all the way. If I unlock the device it then will work as expected. Reboots don't seem to do anything. Anyone else having this issue?

Easy, go to Settings app, Notification+Action, check the check box.

If only it was that easy. When you go into settings > notifications&actions, the check boxes for notifications & banners on lock screen is grayed out & on top it shows - Some settings are managed by your organization.

Yep, that's an exception. If I were the company, I wouldn't want my employee's phone to expose any information at all while the phone is locked.

Only my phone is not managed by any organisation, still a student here. But based on the article about fixes in latest build, seems to have been sorted out.

Notifications, such as new messages, can be received without first unlocking the device.
