Add internet APN not listed on nokia lumia 520 windows 8.1

I want to add my sim apn details to activate internet on my phone but the option is not listed!!!
What to do?!

1. Install Lumia system updater OR SysApp pusher
2. in the app find Access point app. Install it
3. Go to Settings > Access point (will be at the bottom)
4. Add your APN
