Add the support of alternate English kb layouts, i.e.: Dvorak, COLEMAK!

Microsoft should add some alternate English keyboard layouts, such as Dvorak and COLEMAK. Many keyboard layouts in Windows are missing in Windows Phone! iOS doesn't seem to have them besides the standard QWERTY layout, but then again, they don't give users much choice in customization. (Android doesn't have this problem because 3rd party keyboards are possible.)

Yay! Let's see if MS will notice the lack of layouts sooner or later

iOS has both Dvorak and Colemak. But only for hardware keyboard layouts. you will see the settings as soon as you pair a bluetooth keyboard.
