Adding dialled numbers to contacts

If you're using Windows Phone 8.1:

Tap the icon on the very right of the number you want to add as a contact. You'll be navigated to the profile page. Just tap the "save" button on the bottom app bar. After that your people hub will open. There you can choose an existing contact to add the number to or you tap on the "plus" button in the bottom app bar, from where you can enter more information to the contact in addition to just the number and save it as a new contact.

If you're using Windows Phone 8.0:

It's the same procedure as described above, just that you won't find any icon on the right of the dialed numbers. You will have to tap an entry directly.
