Adding Podcasts from Computer?

Is there anyway to add podcasts from your computer and have them show up in the Podcasts app? I have episodes of a podcast that is no longer published that I would like to add to my phone. I added them as music, but then they come up when I put my collection on random to listen to music.

You might want to check the meta signature, the file information of a podcast from the phone. Adding those to your old podcasts might do the trick...

There is a folder within the phone "Music" folder titled "PodcastSeries", and there is a blank document in there with the title of the podcasts that are shown in the collections (and what looks like hex code in the file name, but nothing inside the file). I think that needs to be present to look for podcasts with that name. I will keep messing with it seeing if I can create a similar file for my old podcasts.

In my phone the folder tree is "Music/Podcasts/[Channel Name]/['Podcast episode name'_'somenumber'.mp3]

Yeah mine has that too. The folder I mentioned above is a hidden file.
