Adobe flash player enabled web-browser exist?

The "made yet" part is a bit of a misnomer. Adobe does not support Flash on mobile for years now... The correct way to think about it is that there is no Flash on mobile any more and those browsers that do so on other platforms are using old and unsupported Flash pugins that now risk becoming security vulnerability points.
