Adobe Reader crashig. Fixable?

Adobe reader now crashing since the las update.

It only last like 3 seconds before it crashes

Any fix?

I deleted Temp Files in Storage Sense and History in IE, and it seemed to fix the problem...

EDIT:
Sorry, was too quick. Worked a few times, but now the crashing is back.
Also tried to re-install - still crashes...

Crashing on my 525. So i unistall it, install Pdf Reader which smaller but faster

Yup, Microsoft PDF reader does the job - it's x2 faster and is onedrive compatible. Yet it has issues with text search - it works weird.

yeah, now i'm using that one, but as you said text search works weir, doesn't highlight the words

Oddly enough I installed the Microsoft PDF Reader and now when I try to open a PDF, it gives me a choice between Adobe Reader and PDF Reader so when I choose Adobe Reader it seems to work fine. Can anyone else confirm that having both installed solves the problem? Mine was crashing too and soft reset and uninstall/reinstall did not help, but I don't understand why it suddenly started working now that I installed the Microsoft PDF Reader too.

Mine was crashing even before the last 8.1 update. Tried everything. Still nothing

the best of them all is the PDF READER by Misha Uliutin + 2 guys. its very very fast, even when zooming the letters remain as clear as ever
