My 620 is on Cyan, Should I wait for Denim or get 8.1.1 preview for developer.

You should get it, 8.1.1 should work well with Cyan.

If your phone is in warranty, stick to cyan, if not you can download 8.1.1dp, but I might add dps battery is not good. Its your choice

U cn update ur phone. Ur warranty will not void.... I know they say tht warranty may void but Microsoft didn't void warranty when it released wp8.1 update preview last time.... Good luck .

Battery life should be stable, as I don't think there have been any changes on mt end since I updated my phone.

Should you have any concerns with that's to battery life, why don't you report this to Microsoft yourself and help other users in the process?
