Advice please....

...I am having some trouble finding a UK network that stocks the Titan.

Has anyone had any luck getting one on contract with O2, Orange, T Mob?

Google hasn't been particularly helpful.

Hi mjvw7beta, don't think any of the UK networks have the Titan.

You probably would have to go through a third party for a contract.

I purchased my Titan from Carphone Warehouse for ?430 as 3 only had the Lumia 800.

Guess I'll investigate a sim-free Titan and sim only contract instead.

It is, it's absolutely fantastic, what a screen.

Try to pop into a Carphone Warehouse or Phones4u and see it in the flesh.

I'll do that - be interested to compare it to an AMOLED.

The shots I've seen from the camera look great =D

I can't actually fault it, my previous phone was Super Amoled (Samsung Omnia 7) and I was loath to change as it was fantastic screen wise.

The Super LCD on the Titan has much less saturated colours but everything is so much more natural looking.

Whites are really white compared to Amoled and the black levels while not as good as Amoled are still pretty black.

I guarantee you won't be disappointed with the Titan's screen.

It's nice and thin too.

I got mine SIM free too, but that's the way I go nowadays; network rates can be quite high when they lock you in for 18months.

You might want to try Ebay as people do offload things on there for a good price, obviously it's just an issue of not having a receipt so if things go wrong you deal with HTC rather than the shop.
