After a hard reset on Lumia 1020 will I lose my personal data?

hard reset on lumia 1020

My phone is behaving oddly, so I decided to hard reset it. But, I wonder, if that deletes all personal data, will it delete the apps I've installed too?

It will delete everything what is on your device. But don't worry after hard reset you can restore from last backup. (If you didn't turn off). Always you can reinstall your apps for free included purchased. If you setup as new device.
