After build 15007 I get this crap

That's a different issue compared to what's stopping me from getting new builds. The Settings app crashes when I go over to the Windows Update tab. No new updates for now...

How do I fix this?

Try putting Insider Back to Slow Ring> restart> then Change Insider back to Fast Ring> Soft-reset> check for updates.
