After doing a factory reset, how do I take it out of switch off mode?

i have done factory rest,after i was switched

i have done the factory rest in my nokia lumia1520 after that it was switched off and when I try to switch It on back I was showing an battery image and again going back to switch off mode please could any one help to resolve this

Big battery icon means battery too low!!!. Plug your charger, or check your charger is plugged well.
Your phone will restart by itself after battery reaches at last 4%
