AFTER entering password, Windows 10 gets stuck on login screen and circling dots

Tried uninstalling some programs, disabling some startup items, setting some services to manual. Doing those things can solve the problem temporarily. Often the problem comes back after Windows 10 update. Waiting for system to restore to restore point before last Windows 10 update now.

Hi Welcome to Windows Central. There have been several Cumulative updates. The latest build # now is 14393.576. There are several ways to recover W10. Restore point is one of them. There's a in-place repair and a fresh-reset. If you need more help, please join the forum.
