after hard reset

After hard reset I saw that there were no system apps like call+sms filter, audio, Nokia account etc. Will I have to install those separately or it is a bug ??

Separate installation.Use SysApp Pusher because you can't search those apps on the store.

after install when i'm opening the app , its not opening showing the message "Something went wrong , Can't open the filter at the moment ,please try again later" after resart same message showing

Try checking if the date in your phone is correct. If it is, then change it to something like 2100 (or the maximum possible date) and restart the phone. After restarting try opening the app,it will give an error and the option to uninstall it.Uninstall it and change the date back to normal and restart. Now install again using sysApp Pusher.

install sysApp Pusher via store and after of that install or update the extra+info. After that install call+sms filter, audio etc from the sysApp Pusher
