After I updated to Windows 8.1 it broke my PC, how do I fix it?

Updated to Windows 8.1, but it broke my PC.

Updated to Windows 8.1, but it broke my PC.
I tried everything, updating all drivers, old and new versions, with Hardware ID and softwares.
Also, I tested it with TV and other PC screens, with VGA and HDMI, but it doesn't work.
They aren't dead pixels, because they change all the time.
