After KB31630108 (OS Build 10586.420), Lumia 535 is charging slow

After the update of June 14, 2016 ? KB31630108 (OS Build 10586.420), My Microsoft Lumia 535 is charging very slowly with USB and Charger both. This was happen after the mentioned new update. Please fix this immediately.
