After the update, phone won't recognize the sd card...

So what should I do? Hard reset?? software on the comp to clear the card out?

I did back everything up before the update... I'm just trying to get back to the functionality I had before.

I did back everything up before the update... I'm just trying to get back to the functionality I had before.

You may have to reformat your SD Card using the phone (not your PC) first. Turn your phone off and take the card out. Copy everything from your SD Card to your PC*, then insert the Card into your phone. Switch the phone on - you will be prompted to format the SD card. This should make the phone recognize your card.

*- If your PC doesn't recognize the SD Card, format it anyway. Just reformat it again in the phone later. If your PC does not detect the SD Card, card is most probably busted.
