After Unlocking, Screen Unresponsive

I'm wondering if any of you are also experiencing this issue. After I unlock my 950 the screen is not responsive. No matter what I do, the screen does not register touch.

This doesn't occur all the time; just a few times a day. I have to turn off my device and turn it back on. Then the screen registers input.

I have the latest Release Preview, but this issue has persisted with other Builds. I have done a hard reset with other Builds, yet still have this problem.

Are any of you experiencing this issue? If you have, how did you fix it?

Oh yeah, I'm having the same issue; you're not alone. I just hit the lock button twice, once to shut the screen off and another to turn it back on again and, for me, it then always responds to touch.
