After updating to Win 10 my speaker (Lenovo M58 DT) only works on Headphones. Any suggestions?

I updated to win 10 after the last windows 7 updates were installed; they changed the file explorer completely and wouldn't let me change them back. Any way, I now have no speaker, only headphones. Also, windows 10 doesn't seem to recognize my ESET virus scan prog. Although ESET seems to be working fine. Confused
