After upgrading to 10 it again restores to 8.1, why?

Windows Central Question

After upgrading to 10 it again restores to 8.1

after upgrading to windows 10 it again restore my previous windows i.e., 8.1 showing some error codes it happened twice ,please tell me how to solve this issue
