After upgrading to Win 10, why has my phone has become annoying?

after upgradaton to win 10 my phone has become annoying

i use lumia 730.after upgrading to windows 10 on my phone everything on my phone is giving me a bad experience.
1.groove music doesnt recognises the music files on the phone,it stops playing if i press the lock(power) button,when i unlock the phone to resume playing music its volume decreases to 13 automatically
2.everything lags so much which did not happen on win8.1,,,every app takes time to open which was not a problem with win8.1
3.under setting options in the EXTRAS category i see nothing.
4.device hub app doesnt recognise the headphone
i am so much upset after upgrading my phone.
please help

Most users don't want to hear it because they may loose some data, but reset your phone.

Many reports in the forums show there is a very strong correlation between doing a reset right after upgrade and having a good experience with W10M.

Similarly, there seems to be as much evidence that avoiding the reset will bring differing issues to different phones.
