after upgrading to windows 10, my phone doesnt display most apps

my phone does not display apps such as Whatsapp, Twitter, Translator,e.t.c and they and not even in the apps list. I have to go to the store and open them from there

You have to hard reset your device as soon as possible and give it fresh start...
