After upgrading Win 7 to Win 10, screen keeps resetting
I have a Dell desktop computer with Windows 7. I started the upgrade to Win 10. As far as I know, the upgrade worked fine. It completed without any errors. After using it, the desktop screen started to refresh. It clears the screen and puts the icons back. It keeps doing this over and over again.
I found that many people have the same problem upgrading from 7 to 10. The fix I tried but in my system, that doesn't fix the problem.
I tried resetting the PC back to Windows 7, but there are 2 folders for the reset that isn't on the PC, therefore I am not able to downgrade back to Win 7
Help!!!!. I don't know what else to do.
