After Windows 10 Mobile Factory reset I have mix of WP 8 and W10 (wtf?)

So I decided to do factory reset on Windows 10 Mobile latest build due to number of bugs like SMS notifications not showing on lockscreen and live tile, data sense not working etc.

After HR I was expecting to get W10 but what I got is something which looks like a mix of 8 and 10. I have functionality of 10 and startscreen of 10 but some fonts looks like from 8. Wtf is going on? Do I need to install Insider app again and download 10 from there?

Here are some screenshots, one of them clearly stating Lumia Cyan (wtf) instead of Windows 10 which was there previously.

I have been on the fast ring since june or july. I knew going in these builds of Win10 were alpha type builds for the most part. Last build prior to 10586 was good and usable as a DD......but now not this current one.....way to many bugs and glitches. It was fine for a few days after I did the hard rest and did not install from back up. Now it wont even notify on the live tiles my messages or phone calls. Many times it will not even allow the phone to ring! So I'm going back to my other identical phone with 8.1.

Running an Icon and after I did the 8.1 to 10 latest build...this is what I saw after instillation of 10586. So I new someone was a miss right off the bat.....but seemed fine for awhile.

Yeah, the whole hard reset process seems glitchy. Even message popped up saying "Something went wrong and we were unable to finish whole process correctly" or something like that. The "instalation process" also has old design, needs rewamp too.

doplnky + info (extras + info) and several other "system" apps need to be updated again after a hard reset, then you see the correct info again.
