Airplane Mode Won't Turn Off - WP 8.1

The airplane mode won't turn off, any suggestions? I tried soft reset and it still doesn't work.. :X
Could it be the SIM Card?

hard reset? or remove your sim, restart the phone, see if it changes, if it doesn't, switch off your phone, put the sim back and see if it changes, if it doesnt then hard reset

I tried everything, i removed the SIM, restarted, soft reset multiple times... it does'nt work..i'm afraid of trying hard reset, now that the store isn't working..

the hard reset works fine, i had to do it on my ativ s, took 25mins but everything is fine now

I also cannot get my phone off from aeroplane mode....
How do you Hard reset it. I tried soo many times and nothing happens.. It just restarts the phone... Please help

Turn off phone, remove battery (if possible ), turn on, hold down volume down key while booting until the "!" Appears. Press volume up, volume down, power.

what can i do if my phone can't leave the airplane mode..

Use the Lumia recovery tool to remove ur phone from flight mode.but ur data wil be lost completely

Okay, so my app store isn't working either. I also now have the issue of airplane mode not turning off... If I hard reset, will I lose all my contacts and photos? If so, is there any other way to resolve this problem? :sweaty::sweaty:
