I know there's a thread about the alarm being louder in Mango, but I'm having a problem with my alarm not making a sound. This is a problem I've experienced with two Focus that I've had. It's happened pre-NoDo and post-Mango.
It seems at least once or twice a week, my alarm won't make a sound. I'll wake up and the onscreen notification is there, but the phone's not making a sound. It used to seem like a soft reset every night was a workaround but even that's not working anymore.
I've googled this issue quite extensively but have found no solution. There are ppl out there experiencing this issue but the problem has never been solved as far as I can tell.
