Nokia 1520 running latest insider build the alarm will not sounder under lock screen

Sometimes after app updates, Clock alarms goes sound "default" wich first time means "nothing".
You have to set a sound and check in settings -> Notify center , if alarm is NOT in private mode in lockscreen
