albums in one drive being named in spanish, i think, microsoft 950

when one drive creates a folder for my pictures and invites me to take a look at them the language seems like spanish, even though I am in the UK and everything else is obviously set to english, any ideas?

just the random localization bug, your settings at outlook.com may interfere, my feedback app on phone always shows spanish feedback until I open it like for the 9th time, really annoying
