Alcatel idol 4s has poor sound whenused as a reular phone

The speaker phone sounds clear. But talk without speaker phone and the sound is bad

It might be the internal speakers need to be fixed. If you use a Bluetooth headset for example, is it clear? If so, the phone hardware is the issue.
