Alcatel Idol 4S pictures not syncing with OneDrive

My Alcatel Idol 4S running the latest firmware cannot properly sync pictures. Over the past two days, I have taken about 30 pictures and 4 videos, and only 3 pictures and 1 video has synced with OneDrive. My settings are all correct. I have never had this issue with prior Windows Phones. I also notice that the Edge favorites do not sync. I initially had problems with OneNote not opening or syncing but that resolved with toggling the sync settings.

Can anyone help me out with the sync issues with the photos? I would hate to hard reset the phone because I'm concerned I won't be able to use OneDrive properly.

In the OneDrive help/about there is a reset option for that app. The app is responsible for photo sync so perhaps needs a reset to fix whatever issue exists. It is also possible there is a bug in the app and that an update will later fix it too.
