Not sure I'd put a senior on W10M anyway... I have my aging inlaws on Windows 8.1 devices.

If you want Qi wireless and less troubleshooting via WP 8.1 I would respectfully suggest:

• Lumia 1520 RM-938 variant made for Latin American markets
• Lumia 830 is a very nice phone in a 5" screen and has Qi

Some others might be suitable, but knowing the carrier would really help more. Is it GSM? CDMA? Etc... The more details on Grandma's requirements the better help you will receive
