Alert tones turning off?

My sister is having a weird issue with her new 950. Every time it reboots, the WhatsApp notification tone changes from "Default" to "None".

She's tried assigning different tones and re-installing WhatsApp but it hasn't helped. Has anyone else seen this bug?

Yes, I have the same glitch.

For me it happens both with Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp. On whatsapp, a reboot changes the notification sound to the one I had with my previous phone, a Lumia 930.

As for Facebook Messenger, it goes to none as you described.

On a final note, I'm on 10586.29, I haven't tested any other builds on my 950 yet.

Same here on my 950XL
Recently updated to build 10586.63, but he bug is still there.
Can't say if there is a specific senario when it happens.
But very, very annoying!

I have the same problem with my Lumia 930.

Before that i've had the same issue on my Lumia 920, and no Soft Reset, Hard Reset or app remove/install resolved the problem.
I have no idea about the reason and way to fix it.

I can confirm this. First it changed to the previous ring tone I had for WhatsApp after a reboot.
Now, after a hard reset and restoring the settings it changes to no ring tone. Really annoying when you forget to change it back after a reboot.
