All folders design for start screen

I chose an all folder design for my start screen to see if that improves the battery performance on my 1520. I noticed considerable improvement. Battery used to drain at 3-4% every 20 minutes. Then slowly increased to 5-7% every 20 mins of usage. Now after the folder arrangement its back to 3-4%. I also updated to the latest WP DP release so I don't know if this improvement is related to it in any way.
Now to tell you why I posted this. After making new folders the start screen now looks overpopulated by icons and lines and pic backgrounds look ugly. Would appreciate MS if windows 10 would bring folder tile customization. I want to be able to apply simple icons to the folder.. For example news hub ( ), music hub ( ), video hub ( ) something like these.

Does any one else think folders need icons? Also at present you can't put folders in folders. Sub folders option is stretching it but would be fun

3-4% per 20 mins? Doing what? Hoe many live tiles have you pinned?

23 tiles on starts screen.. 13 of which are folders. 64 tiles inside these 13 folders. And 1 app folder by Nokia. I use my phone like crazy. On my 920 same usage gave me 5-6 hours from 100%-15% charge. On 1520 I am regularly getting 15 hours or more. It doesn't drain at 3-4% every 20 mins when I m not using it. I play online chess, read news, check email and watch YouTube videos. I was wondering if you guys could confirm this by temporarily switching to an all folder design. Take screenshots of your start screen so you will know what goes where. Use insider app for 20min battery drain figures.
Another thing is that I want MS to allow modification of folders. From the screenshot above you can see how cluttered the screen looks. If I could just replace the contents of the tile with folder icons it would look better.

NO, it's only for Windows Phone 8.1.1
but you can still organize the tiles in groups with Windows 8.1
