All my windows 10 computers keyboard does not work

[Windows Central Question]

I have 4 windows 10 computers ( 3 desktop and 1 surface pro 3 ) and on all 4 machines after user log in the keyboard does not work.
Other user accounts on the same computer has no problem.
It appears to be setting issue and not a hardware or driver issue.
Any help appreciated.

Disconnect your keyboared then go to device manager while device manager is open try connecting the key bored if it says its seeing it there try restarting it see if that helps
